To make ROMA.EXE an enjoyable experience for everyone, visitors and organizers alike, we ask all attendees to follow a few simple rules. They are easy to respect and help us keep the party a welcoming and safe place for all.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside FUSOLAB 2.0. There is an outdoor area available where you can smoke. Please be considerate of those around you. This includes cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and vaping devices.
ROMA.EXE and its organizers take no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to your belongings or data, and are not liable for injuries or illness during the event. Demoscene parties are safe places and people tend to look out for each other, but please take care of your own stuff. If you step away from your seat, ask someone nearby to keep an eye on it. Leave at home anything valuable that you do not need at the party.
Consumption of Spirits and liquors is not allowed inside the main hall. Beer, wine and soft drinks are fine. If you drink, keep it reasonable. Anyone who becomes disruptive, aggressive, or causes damage to the venue or other people's property will be asked to leave. We are here to have fun together, so let's keep it that way.
All attendees must follow the safety rules of FUSOLAB 2.0. This includes fire safety and emergency exit procedures. Signs will be posted around the venue. These rules are set by the venue and by Italian law, so violations can have real consequences. When you arrive, take a moment to check where the exits are.
FUSOLAB 2.0 is hosting us and we are guests in their space. Treat the venue, its equipment and the staff well. If you damage something, you are responsible for it. Any form of harassment will not be tolerated and will result in being removed from the event.
